All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be canceled, except in cases of obvious technical errors. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. In the event of obvious error (such as odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 1.10), we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
Football betting markets are settled according to official league results. For BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all other football competitions, results are determined by the official score at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided. Upon account termination, any remaining balance of deposited funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings from prohibited activities) will be returned to you after deducting any fees owed. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud or terms violations.
mk789 provides the Platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, cyberattacks, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
